devil dog/ osaka pop star custom show

I am participating in the devil dog custom show which opens on halloween. in NYC. this is the blank devil dog. it came glossy, so I sprayed a primer over it for a matte surface to paint.

next I pulled off the ears, because I will paint those a different color.

 and I sprayed the entire body blue.

starting with some painted details.

I'll post the rest of the 'progress' pictures next week.

this friday june 27th is the opening of the plush form custom show, at rotofugi in chigcago. from 6-9 pm. (goodie bags for first 50 attandants!!) this is just a peek at my custom. I have a slew of art shows coming up very soon, and have updated my website with most of the show info. (a few other shows I forgot to list) but I'll always post info here leading up to the shows as well.

getting ready for japan....

this bear is one of over 50 plush I will have at a show in osaka japan! that is my next show I am working on right now. it will be a week long exhibit, may 22-28 in osaka.
I'll be posting lots more pics, soon.
