if you are cool enough to read a magazine called wonkavision, then you might have seen this article about the "stuffed" plush food show that took place last year at munky king on melrose.

SICK RATS!!

it's the year of the RAT. one of nature's most disgusting creatures.
these drawings were all done on the smallest post-it's 2x1.5 inches.
I think I would like to do a lot of different animals like this. I have probably drawn at least 30 more rats just like this, but these were the only ones I copied.

this is dormant dottie. she looks like she is sleeping until she catches her prey! she has small wings on her back you can't see in this picture.this is Larval Louis the Wriggler. a beautiful specimine.

BUG SHOW

this is Professor Pupa, he is very intelligent, and is a whopping specimen.
I think he is about 2 feet tall.
"BAND of BUGS" at gallery nucleus runs FEB 9th-march 3rd 2008.
you are invited to the opening reception on feb. 9th from 7-11pm!
come by and eat some gross bug snacks, while looking at some creepy crawly critters.
