corns

usually I would do a drawing before I make any plush, but for the corns and apples I did not. it was more about making a kernel-like texture of corn. that was the most tedious part about making the corn. this was a plain piece of fleece I sewed this texture onto.
ripe for the picking!

check out his 'a peel!'
these are also for the food show at munky king nov. 15th.

Hi Anna,

the apples and the corn friends are soooooo cute!!! I tried to grow corn and apple this year, but they didn't come out so happy like these guys! And they peel! oh! so cute!

Wow, that is soooo super cool looking. Very, very clever! How long did it take to stitch in the rows?

What an awesome idea.

thanks everyone for your comments.

lauren- it was done on machine, so not too long, just tedious to hold all the fabric in place, and get the rows even.
